Two parking spaces per unit are available at check-in.

Our property is 100% non-smoking. Guests caught smoking will be assessed a $250.00 fee.

No. You may request a first-floor room, but requests are not guaranteed until the day of arrival.

South Beach Apartments are two blocks from the beach and boardwalk.

What is your deposit policy?

A deposit equal to the first night's room and tax is charged at booking. Promotional rates may have different policies.

What methods of payment do you accept?

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Cash. A $300 security deposit is required for cash payments, refundable at check-out if no damages, incidentals, or evictions occur.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made at least 7 days before arrival will receive a full refund (if booked directly). Promotional rates may have slightly different policies.
